Old Mill buildings were renovated and the service upgraded to become our fabrication shops
The steel 'Wedges' are constructed and installed. These structures will form the foundation on which the ferry will be built and launched.
The triangular wedges serve two purposes; they are a level base on which to construct the vessel and secondly these wedges are mounted on rails which extend into the water. When it comes time to launch the ferry these wedges will slide down rails into the lake carrying the vessel until it gets deep enough to float off.
